In late 2010, Mark Moore and Patrick Smida realized that they had both recognized this enormous problem, but each had been approaching it from their individual background and experiences. By bringing the best of the two approaches, HomeLiberty was founded and the FastTrack to Freedom™ strategic refinancing program was created.
Mark Moore brings over 25 years of high-tech experience bringing cutting edge and highly challenging solutions to customers. HomeLiberty is the third start-up he has successfully founded from the very initial concept, and has a demonstrated record of finding solutions where others fail.
Patrick Smida brings over 12 years of experience in finance and real estate. Patrick is a DRE and NMLS Licensed Mortgage Originator, and has directly managed mortgage loan portfolios for financial institutions with severely distressed loans. As part of his experience, Patrick has seen first hand what does and does not work when trying to find a fair solution to mortgages that are severely negative.
